My mom and her two brothers would always go to action park every summer and to this day we every thanksgiving we watch Class Action Park.

I grew up In New York and would go down to Six Flags Great Adventure in Jersey usually once every summer with parents and friends. This was in the late 90s, early 2000s. I rode The Chiller probably at least 100 times if I had to guess. On some occasions when I went, both tracks would be operating as intended, and I think once I went only one of them was being used. I just loved the "launch" aspect of it where you went 0-65mph in like 4 seconds. No slow climb or anything, you just took off. And as a kid, that was really damn fun. It wasn't my favorite at the park, that award would go to Medusa. These rides pale in comparison to the coasters around today, but for the time they were awesome. The ones I remember loving where Batman, The Chiller, Superman, Medusa and Nitro I think it was called.
